Who are we and what do we do?
Tellad Supply is based out of Durham, North Carolina and has been warehousing and distributing a wide-range of products to telecommunications carriers for more than 15 years. We are proud of the close business relationship we have had with carriers such as Bell South and Verizon as a result of our commitment to customer requirements and competitive pricing. We are staffed with telephone people that understand the technical and operational aspects of the business. This understanding of the telecommunications business has enabled us to maintain services that differentiate Tellad from our competitors.
"Changing landscapes in the industry dictate changes in the business..."
It is no surprise that the Telephone Industry has experienced significant change with de-regulation, consolidation and the recent downturn in the economy. The critical focus on cost position in the competitive telecommunications markets have been challenged by diminishing demand and by the acquisition of properties that require significant upgrade. Tellad has recognized the need for even more focus on customer service within its operation to provide the value needed by the customers. We believe that telephone companies expect more than just an operation to process orders to the manufacturers. They expect service by those that sell them the products.
